Interior Architecture & Design course aims to nourish minds imbued with a spirit of enquiry, sensitivity & responsibility and empower them to create harmonious interior spaces which reflect a balance of individual aspirations, aesthetics, sustainability and commercial viability.

The programme emphasizes a responsive learning environment to foster basic skills and knowledge set in a 'Glocal' context. The course aims at inculcating professionalism, design excellence, ethics and critical appraisal to enhance unique value propositions through credible design intervention. The course enables the graduates to develop innovative, technical and managerial skills with respect to interior design of residential, commercial and retail environments; amidst shifting identities, sensibilities, values and socio–cultural systems.

The programme has been designed, keeping in mind, the cohesive, ascending levels of subject complexity that allows students from diverse backgrounds to assimilate Interior Design & Architecture and Technology in a progressive manner. Each level of the students’ education engages knowledge and skills in problem discovery and resolution, critical and imaginative thinking, verbal and visual communication, and appropriate technologies. The students develop an in depth understanding of the functioning of the Interior design industry with a generic overview to architecture, (construction, structures and services), lighting, materials, etc., within an overall context of residential and commercial interior space design. The programme envisages an integral in-depth industry experience, which includes industry internship followed by a commissioned real-time design project.

Through this programme, the students will have the necessary knowledge and skills to be employed at the entry level in their chosen areas of work.
